The Greg and Fred Show Guest Speaker Booking & Cancellation Policy Thank you for your interest in joining us on The Greg and Fred Show. We appreciate every guest who is willing to share their story, expertise, experience, or message with our audience. To help us provide a quality experience for our listeners and ensure proper scheduling, we ask that all guests review the following guidelines: SCHEDULING Once a recording date and time have been agreed upon, we will reserve that time specifically for you. Please make every effort to arrive on time and be prepared for the recording session. CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING We understand that life happens and unexpected situations can arise. If you are unable to attend your scheduled recording, we kindly request at least 24 hours' notice whenever possible. Providing advance notice allows us to adjust our schedule, offer the time slot to another guest, and avoid disruptions to our production calendar. COMMUNICATION If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible by phone, email, or direct message. We will gladly work with you to find another available recording date when appropriate. RESPECT FOR EVERYONE"S TIME The Greg and Fred Show is supported by volunteers, staff, production scheduling, and promotional efforts.
